1- Does it take long before you install the system I ordered?

NO! We usually install a new system within 3 working days from the date the contract is signed.

2- Can I get a full warranty on equipment for the duration of my contract?

YES! For as little as 4% of your annual costs, our service contract covers your equipment 100% (parts and labor).

3- If my system needs emergency verification or repairs, can you answer my call any time of day or night?

YES! Our service department is standing by 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. And our rates are always very affordable, even on holidays.

4- Can I transfer my contract if I move?

YES! You can take Microcom with you no matter where you move within the province of Québec. We will handle all the details to save you trouble and make sure you are always protected. If you wish, we can even handle the transfer of system's main components at a reasonable cost.

5- Where is the central monitoring station and who will I speak with in case of an alarm?

We own and operate our own remote central monitoring station that operates full time, day and night. You will always speak directly to one of our own bilingual employees, who is standing by to take your call-- you will never get a machine! Our central monitoring station is ULC certified and is known for its rapid response and low rate of false alarms.

6- Do you offer practical payment plans?

OF COURSE! Choose the payment plan that suits you best: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually. Equipment leasing and electronic transactions are also available. We've thought of everything to make it easy for you!

7- How do I get the guide book for my alarm system?

Simply go to the Panel Guides website and download the user guide for your alarm system.
